“Brilliant quick delivery but carrier let you down as parcel arrived on time but in poor condition. Will still use you again. This was reported to your customer services dept when I received goods.”

“I have sent 3 emails to Suregreen Customer Service to say goods not received, none of these have been answered. Evri tried to deliver on Tuesday 8/11/2022 but did not leave the parcel as no-one at home even though I have a safe place to leave parcels. Evri have not tried to re-deliver as I have been at home everyday since and my emails to SureGreen have gone unanswered. Absolutely terrible Customer Service.”
