“Fence posts themselves were fine. Delivery was botched. I left detailed instructions for the driver, and contacted Suregreen by email to make sure these were passed on, and this was confirmed by customer services. Despite these efforts, the driver went the wrong way, refused to re-route and left my consignment in the car park of the local pub. Landlady gave me an absolute going over when I came to pick up. I’m a bit sore about having to apologise to someone I don’t know about something that wasn’t my fault and that I took steps to prevent happening in the first place. Next time I’ll just pay more and pick up from B&Q.”
