“The product was faulty. Both the long(10m) sides of the netting hadn't been finished properly, meaning it was only about 3.5m wide, which made it too narrow for the job I had in mind, so I sent a picture to your customer care dept. a Mr. Adrian Magadan replied, asking if I could use it for something else, and he could offer a partial refund. I suggested a different product which I'd be prepared to pay for with some sort of discount. However, he wanted a product number, but what I wanted didn't have one,as I assumed it was cut to order. I gave up at this stage, life's too short, a bit like your netting(boom boom)”
