“Our thoughts are as follows, We purchased 30 fence pieces, lose feather boards, gravel and gravel boards from yourselves, on arrival we noticed three damaged fence panels and informed the driver, he took pictures and told us that he would repot the damaged items on his return but we should also contact the office to report the damaged items. We also noticed when fitting the fence that there was a difference in size of 10cm on about 8 or 9 of the fences, this meant the work was repeated by removing the fitted fence changing the arrangement to hide the difference in size, this created additional work for our staff fitting the fence on site. We reported the damage fence to your staff in customer service and we were asked to send pictures of the damage, since then we have not received any further communications from your team an the fences have not been replace. We have not that satisfaction from our purchases or dealings with your team. We would like to know how you plan to put things right with us.”

“ordered posts panels and gravel boards all great was told delivery on monday only part order came then took another 3 days to get the rest which were held on a trailer somwhere”
