“The fence panels are thick and heavy duty. The only problem is that there are dozens of knot holes within the space of a square metre. Also some of the overlaps are not inline leaving a small gap. As for the logistics team, they are a complete nightmare. Slow to respond and don't call to confirm the 2hr slot. They also try to get you to off the panels yourself but when I asked them if they had a risk assessment for to off load them myself or had insurance in place incase I injured myself on their van or damaged their van they soon offered to off load it. The truth is the delivery driver is sound as pound, very helpful the truck arrived with a tail gate and the driver off loaded them with a pallet truck. Going forward they need to quality check the fence panels and offer transparent advise as to how the panels will be off loaded instead of winding people up”
