“Ordered goods on 11th August never received contacted company who promised them for the 26th saying courier had them still no sign Do not use as unreliable and don't keep promises did not even call us back so no idea if they are any good”

Investigations can take up to 48 depending on the courier, due to the bank holiday we have only been advised today that the order was returned to us due to being damaged in transit.
