“The planter is great, but I had an issue with the order, I had to contact the company myself x 3, and each time I was told a different reason why my pots had not arrived. Eventually, on my final call, I was told they would be dispatched. The money had been taken from my account on placing the order, all of this could have been avoided if the company had just kept me up to date instead of me having to chase them up over almost 4 weeks. Very unfortunate as I had never had problems with other orders from this company.”
