“The products are great but their customer service is non-existent. I had a missing pot from my shipment and despite numerous attempts at contact they have ignored me. No pot nor refund. Disgusting. Do not recommend at all”

“I was so delighted with these planters, excellent value for money. Even more important, the delivery was very prompt, and the packaging was excellent. This will ensure I buy from this company again. So many items that I order from others come so poorly packaged, I never order from them again. The attention to this was above and beyond. Thank you so much to all at Suregreen.”
