“The oak post arrived by van and the driver was most obliging and unloaded the post to store for future use. We have a forthcoming event and future installation must be delayed. I did notice a bow in the length of the post I hope this does not effect future use? The surface of the material was just what I was looking for so a good point to finalise/”

“Purchased a 3m by 100x100 post .. timber was lovely and in great condition.. only problem was it was warped and when I say warped I mean WARPED , which we expect a little been a joiner … only issue was it was warped in the middle by 1 inch so was pretty much useless and couldn’t be used …. Fact,, they have a great product but it’s not been stalled properly on blocks .. 1 at each end and 1 in the middle is not what they are doing .. just at each end “hence” the bow effect …shame and wouldn’t buy online again from them as can’t check the timber profile out”
