“Very very poor product I ordered oak posts they turned up all curved and bend, Unusable for anything Never buy from them ever again”

Good morning Ajet, Thank you for your review. As we have advised via email and the information is on the website before purchasing: As these natural, organic posts are from sustainably sourced forests, it is to be expected that these posts may have waney edges, will split, and may move over time - like all green oak - but this is part of the natural beauty of the product. Large cracks, splits and irregularities are to be expected with oak, as they are not kiln dried, but green oak, meaning they are fresh, new oak which is cut down within the last year. Given the expected irregularities with this natural product, these oak posts are not recommended for construction, but for landscaping purposes. If you are looking for a completely straight and perfect Oak post, we would recommend that you purchase a construction grade Oak post.
