“Received varying qualities of sleepers. 4 of 6 were returned due to cracks throughout whole width, or not close to being square and unusable as sides for planters. Exchange arranged, however had to wait again for stock to come back in, delaying project.”

“Ordered 4 sleepers and was really pleased with 3 of them, the last was bent and twisted with a thickness difference over the length of 1.5 inches. The rest are great although I had to trim all the ends to square up butt jointing”

“A good quality product and the only place nearby that had a stock of 3m railway sleepers. The sleepers were delivered quickly and efficiently by a friendly driver who craned the sleepers over my garden wall to where I needed them. I would highly recommend Sure-Green for all landscape supplies.”

“I ordered 13 sleepers, after speaking to someone I was told they would be in stock at end of week, 2 weeks later I spoke to someone who said they would be in that week as they had to fill someone else's order first, nearly a week later I spoke to someone who said they would call me when they are in and make sure they go ou, no call but they did turn up nearly a month after the order - product fine, timeliness very poor, communication poor”

Good Morning Carl, Thank you for your review. I can only apologise that you were not kept better informed regarding the restocking of your pre-ordered sleepers. Unfortunately, due to circumstances overseas near where most of our Oak is sourced from, our suppliers did encounter some delays. I am very sorry you were not informed regularly about this. We are constantly reviewing our procedures and will note this for future practice. “Loved these oak sleepers I have used them to build two raised beds. Delivery was bang on time with a very helpful driver.”
