“The roll-away nest tray does not work as advertised, it has to be propped up on one side in order for it to work, I ordered 2, but one of them has a plastic lip at the joint of the tray to the egg storage part that doesn’t allow the egg to pass over”

Hi Lorraine, many thanks for your feedback. We have tried several times to contact you so that we can assist with the nest tray. The nest tray must be set at an angle whereby when eggs are laid they will roll down into the egg collection bay and once there they are protected with the clear cover. Please send us photos of the one with the 'plastic lip' so we can advise further. Happy to replace if necessary.
