“The spring shown on the website has a raised collar on the base plate that holds the spring. The springs I received did not have the collar but were only tacked to the base plate. In time this will rust and the spring fall off. Not a happy customer. Had I known that these springs were not as advertised I would not have bought them.”

Hi Dermot, Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you are unhappy. After looking at the photo on the website, I agree with you that this is not the same spring that you received. We changed spring suppliers within the last couple of years but didn’t realise they looked any different and therefore didn’t change the product images. We will now ensure to do this. If the springs do not meet your requirements, you are welcome to return for a refund?
