“Feeder excellant but was told 2 day delivery but ordered on the wednesday but did not arrive till the monday. This may have been out of there control as passed to a third party for delivery but it does state 2 day delivery on website.”

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your feedback and apologies once again for the late delivery. As you can see from your tracking, you ordered on the 13th late afternoon and we dispatched promptly on the 14th. We sent with Parcel Force 24 Hours and expected delivery to occur on the 15th. For some reason this did not happen and Parcel Force gave your order to a third party, which was then delivered on the 19th. We are still making enquiries with Parcel Force as this is not acceptable, even if it is outside of our control. If you decide to use us again in the future, we will send via another courier.
