“I messaged Victoria with a very big ask, my best friends wedding was three days away and I could not find an album I loved anywhere. I asked if there was any possible way I could receive by the Saturday of that week (I asked on Wednesday) and she messaged me back straight away and said she would try her absolute best. I purchased the album and she processed the order that day. I received it on the Friday, personalised and all and it was absolutely beautiful, one very happy couple.
