“We have a wedding abroad on the 29th August and I used this site to find a nice and unusual Wedding Guest Book. I ordered it on Monday late afternoon together with the pen in a matching box. The order arrived Wednesday, mid morning. To receive it so quickly even though the book was personalised is something short of a miracle. I called the company after I put the order through to voice concern about the delivery - I only wanted to ensure it arrives before the 29th. Received a wonderful customer experience and assurance the order will be with me on time. And sure it was, much earlier than expected. The Guest book arrived in a beautiful presentation box, it was in a bubble wrap for extra protection and the bubble wrap was surrounded by tissue paper tied with a lovely little heart that had "Thank You" on it. The extra little gesture was the box also contained a small pack of sweets "Hearts". These extra touches make all the difference and are so unique to this company. The pen is lovely and has a beautiful and neat writing but the matching box to the book is a wonderful option. I am so happy and will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. “I was searching online for a sophisticated personalised wedding guest book with fast turnaround. What would we do without Google who listed Creative Bridal and all their wonderful pieces. It was Friday 24th May when i called Creative Bridal and explained that i need the guest book by Tuesday 28th May as i was flying out to my friends wedding on Wed 29th. Victoria was absolutely amazing and despite the public holidays & challenges with courier service closure, she managed to come up with a plan.
