“IF sending to a hospital be aware that the gift will be dropped off at the receiving dock for all parcels and may sit there for a couple of days until the hospital staff deliver it to the right ward. I did not know this and although the gift basket was apparently excellent, so the nurses told me, it was incredibly stressful having to hunt it down at a time my father was at a live or die moment in his life! So I would choose this company again, but not for a hospital thank you delivery!”
