“This is a breaksfast tray, and it arrived at 17.00...what's the point? Not even the line we wrote in the comment box showing the prefereable delivery time made them realize this is something that must arrive at least in the early morning.... Quality - service - price not worth it.”

Hi Arancha Thank you for your feedback. We provide a special instructions box at the checkout for special requests as we are always more than happy to accommodate. Just to confirm, we advise on our website that all deliveries are made any time throughout the day from 8:30am until 6:00pm. We recommend that if a gift is required for early morning to be ordered with delivery arranged for the day before. We make it clear that we do not offer timed deliveries.
