“Hi Just to let you know nothing was wrong with the packaging etc, my sister said was lovely with nice ribbon and lots of packing and lovely paper around the glasses, but im very disappointed that one of the Glassses was shattered inside and the delivery was very late. I know this is properly not your fault but the fault of the courier. The present was only delivered this afternoon by the Courier. Her Special birthday was last Friday 29th March. So all in all im disappointed.”
