“I tried to customize the pillow, but could not find on the website where to enter our names or the amount of miles. I thought that since there wasn’t a place for me to enter that information that it would be automatically entered by the center to the person that was going to and the amount of miles between, the countries that was not done so basically it was just a plain pillow that said here’s your hug across the miles. Not as shown in the photo.”
