Hi Ashwini Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry your teddy bear was supplied slightly darker in golden brown rather than pale brown. Our bears our essentially sold for the message "sending big hugs" in this case, so will be supplied with this message. We do endeavour to supply colours as shown but sometimes this is not possible if the supplier is out of stock such as in this case. You can if you wish, return the bear for a full refund.
