Hi Gaynor, I'm sorry to see this - I can see that we actually dispatched this on the 18th, but for some reason DPD was unable to locate the address on the 20th and were unable to deliver. It is now out for delivery between 10:04-11:04 today. Perhaps when it arrives you'd be kind enough to amend this review? We can't control how DPD deliver, unfortunately, and they are normally very good! We also did everything we could to get a quality item turned around and with you before the estimated delivery date.
