“Got these for our end of season awards. Hoped they would be as good as the image. They are, the laser etching came out great and they are a decent size with a chunky slate triangle on the back as a stand. Customer service is excellent after I made a mistake with one trophy, they couldn't have been more helpful”

Hi Eileen, Thank you for your comments - would you consider revising/removing the review, please? Negative reviews can be damaging to a small business such as ourselves - and, as you have mentioned, we did complete the order as directed and many days before the estimate. It is unfortunate that there has been a problem between DPD and the hotel that you had instructed the parcel to be delivered to, but we feel it is slightly unfair to lower our average review rating for this, especially as we have raised two investigations with DPD over this matter and have tried to do everything we can to help.
