“Two of the prizes were sent to the wrong addresses, we have sorted out the problem but it has presented some delays for us. The Welsh Written and English written were sent to the wrong addresses, from what I understand.”

Hi Alun, I am sorry to hear that this happened - usually, when multiple items are going to separate addresses in an order, we would ask the customer to place all orders separately with the relevant addresses for each. We agreed to take the order from you in one to save you the trouble and extra time, but then it seems this increased the potential for mistakes to be made. - Valley Mill
