“Ordered on the 12th Dec.. 10 days later still no sign. Emailed to find out where my order is to be told it’s out of their hands… yet as soon as I email I get an email back to say it’s been shipped! So not out of their hands as it hadn’t even left the warehouse.”

Hi Demi It was explained to you that delays in production are out of our control, as we are a tiny team of seven people juggling all aspects of our small business. As also explained, the expected date of the 16th December for delivery was an estimate, and as such we are not able to guarantee that. This order was then able to be dispatched on Monday 19th and I can see from the DPD tracking that it is due for delivery today. It is an incredibly difficult year for small businesses and, although slightly late, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that every single order leaves our workshop in plenty of time. Hopefully, once you receive your order you will consider leaving us a fairer review. Thanks and have a lovely Christmas Valley Mill
