“Promised delivery for a given day and then failed to dispatch the item so it never arrived. When we offered to collect the item as it was time critical they told us it was out of stock. Yes, we were given a full refund but we received no correspondence telling us what was happening and the entire process was disappointing. Doubt we'll try using you again.”
