“So a friend bought me a Wilkinson Sword (mostly plastic) safety razor this year. I had been using Gillette Sensor Excel twin blades for decades but they’re getting quite difficult to source now. So I decided to try the Safety Razor thing and got the hang of it after a week. 6 months later I feel it’s time to step up to an all metal safety razor and bought a Gillette King C but that’s too heavy and the handle is too shiny (zero grip). Back to Google and I found Shoreline and bought their Matte Black Safety Razor. . . . Goldilocks! Not too heavy (good grip) and a closer shave than the previous plastic razor. #verysatisfied”
