“There were significant and unacceptable delays in the panettone being sent out and delivered. Worse still the parcel was simply left on the doorstep (the delivery driver did not knock) and I was given no notice of the date of delivery which would have enabled me to warn the recipient to look out for the delivery. So by the time the parcel was found it had been in the rain for hours and was completely sodden.”
