It’s just so exactly well balanced, flavoured, fruity and sugary on top - only sorry there are no more of the previous lovely wrappers and ribbons, which created that “kiddy with present” sensation every time we opened one!”
“A beautiful Easter treat. A light cake with large, tender chunks of candied orange peel and almonds which have a soft, fresh texture , not like the hard dried nuts often encountered in cakes. The cake keeps well in an air tight container. I look forward to this every year.”
