“Superb! It’s truly excellent and family friends all love it both before and after Easter (while stocks last!). The cake is well flavoured and smells delicious when slightly warmed in the oven (great for maximising both scent and taste) plus the fruity bits in the cake have really good flavours and are juicy rather than dry (sadly they are often hard and not so tasty in bought cakes). This is truly a celebration cake - only gripe is the new packaging without those lovely ribbons! Come on, it has to be festive!!! Your photo shot is clearly a vote for the old pack style!”
