“The sizing of these is completely off. L for size 44 shoe doesnt fit, front toe ripped after 1 use. Was exchanged for an XL after many attempts and finally getting response from Sealskinz. The XL is just barely bigger. I don't expect these to last long, they rip easily in the toes. Also, Sealskinz customer support is worse than most companies. I won't buy from them every again.”

This will help us with improving our size guides, product sizing, and for adding fit guides. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We are concerned that your experience with our customer support was found lacking. We can see that we were responding to your requests for assistance right away (within an hour) but it would seem our replies were not making it to your inbox. We did try reaching you from multiple email addresses to remedy this and finally did make it through to you with our support so that you were able to purchase the XL Caston using a store voucher. We do hope that you will still give Sealskinz another chance in future, perhaps with a different product if the overshoes are unsuitable for your purposes.
