“The hat is fine, but I requested how to return it as it was a little big and wanted to exchange the L/XL for a M/L and never received any type of communication back on how to go about this. Very unsatisfied!”

“Very nice hat. Sizing is just right. The hat keeps me warm but I don't get too warm, it holds a good temperature nicely. Not had experience with it in rain yet. Very soft material and no irritation at all.”
