“Great hat. Bought for the reflective quality’s which are brilliant. Warm and waterproof but a bit noisy to wear as there is a weird rustling sound like someone has put a plastic bag between the layers. Hopefully this will quieten down after a wash or two. I hope they make a lighter weight reflective beanie some day soon.”

Thank you for your review of our Cold Weather Beanie. Our waterproof hats contain an internal membrane that provides the waterproof qualities of the hat. This can be heard as a 'rustle' noise if scrunched, however this should not be an issue once the hat is in place on the head.

“Very waterproof and comfy! I use daily at work and no sign of any deterioration in waterproof capabilities worth every penny !!! Also good that it’s reflective as I can be seen easily when working”

“I brought this because I road run and hope to be seen by all. Of course I don’t know how it looks in the dark evenings and knight but am hoping ‘it does what it says on the tin’ as they say. It does keep my head warm but as a small person if Seslskin could produce the same for children I would have brought it in a large child’s size for a tighter fit. Come on Sealskin children deserve the same :0)”

“I am converting nearly all my waterproof gear to SealSkinz. Kick butt products! I am a bike messenger in NYC and I need gear that works! It's to cold and wet here to mess around with products that don't keep you warm and dry. Sealskinz has my 100% rating and I will be purchasing many more products! Shipping is also crazy fast!”

“The hat is good snug fit and feels warm. But it is not breathable as described...I get tiny droplets on the forehead area if worn whilst running. The reflective properties are subtle and not as obviously visible in low light as I was hoping. It is a nice hat but could be better.”
