“Hat arrive with an mis-stitch at the front so that there’s a 1 inch fold on the brim but it’s just poor stitching tugging on the fabric. The hat makes a crinkly noise like a plastic take out bag. It’s the waterproof lining I guess. I dislike that noise a lot. It’s warm and comfortable. Bought a large and it fit without being too snug. It rained today and my head stayed warm, dry and no tension headache from wearing a too snug hat.”

“For really cold weather as the hat pulls down to cover pretty much my whole head, I have a fat head. The only drawback is the crinkly noise from the waterproof lining, but I'd rather that than a wet head. Definitely better suited for really bad weather.”

“Great hat, super warm and very comfy and the membrane keeps your head dry, but i find after a few trips it gives a bit and comes up large. I bought a Size large, and like friends who have done the same I wish I had sized down. Maybe my head is weird! Only other negative is that the material (very thick and comfy) takes on the water and gets heavy when wet. Great service and delivery was next day. Would reccommend for the cold and dry above others, just not sure about the Welsh climate!”
