“Really warm thick. Blocks the wind well not been out in the heavy rain yet. But sure it will be fully waterproof. Really good hat definitely recommend it.”

“The hat is lovely and warm and looks well made, but the although i ordered the S/M size the hat seems very large, also the waterproofing is provided by a breathable membrane sown into the hat, unfortunately it feels like a plastic bag and sounds like one every time you put the hat on. It is warm and waterproof and well made its just not what i expected.”

“I have been buying Sealskinz hats for more than 20 years. For those of you who know Sealskinz, this hat covers the ears, the lining is firmly attached, and the interlayer is not so rustly. For those who do not, this is a comfortable well made hat that should get you through the worst of the damp cold UK winter. In my opinion it is the best hat I have bought from them.”
