“Placed the order for the Roll Cuff hat, plus some other items. Received message that this hat was out of stock due to website error....fair enough. But then the rest of the order with this Cable Knit hat was lost / sent to someone else and I haven't heard anything since. So in general not a great experience, and I shouldn't receive requests to review products that have never been received.”

“I often have trouble getting a hat to fit me. My head being of the larger variety the ""one size fits all"" of most hats causes a problem. However this hat in XXL is perfect. It is also windproof, warm and looks good! What more can I ask for?”

“Hat was £25 and husband having issues with it not fully covering his ears as it is loose fitting around the ears. Yes it’s the correct size. In addition it sounds like a carrier bag has been put inside it. Not great when it’s an expensive product and crunches like crazy. Would not buy again.”

“The hat was delivered quickly, fits well and is definitely warm and windproof. Only complaint is that the website product photo is misleading - the grey product is a significantly darker grey than shown on the website, which came as a disappointment.”
