“At first I ordered the incorrect size for this hat. I sent it back and received an exchange for a bigger one, as I asked for. The whole process was very straightforward from start to finish and I now have my lovely hat in the right size. The hat itself is great too.”

“Die Qualität des Materials ist gut, aber über jedem Ohr befinden sich kleine Löcher, die laute Windgeräusche erzeugen. Für mich somit unbrauchbar - leider sah ich dies auf dem Foto wie auch in der Beschreibung stand nichts von den Löchern geschrieben. Für das Fahrradfahren hat es für mich zu starke Windgräusche. Ich habe auch die Mütze LODDON REFLEKTIERENDE MÜTZE FÜR KALTES WETTER da gibts keine Windgräusche, braucht aber mehr Platz unter dem Bikehelm, deswegen habe ich die dünnere Bestellt.”
