How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“I had a hard time finding a good fit with your product. After trying a different style in a unisex small (too big), I tried a women’s medium of the the Griston Despite the measuring I did, it was too big. So I got Griston in small and it was VERY snug. Using a thin silk liner made putting it on easier. But bad news: The fingers—particularly the middle fingers—were too long. I had a trip starting and decided the gloves would have to do. Sadly, I also was not happy with the level of waterproofing. During some short trips on a Zodiac in Greenland, water definitely penetrated the gloves. I wanted to love them, but really can’t.”
