We followed the exact directions to measure the mitten size. We also read the reviews to see what others had to say. We felt confident in ordering the correct mitten size and they still ran too small. After being led to believe Sealskinz would provide a free shipping label, we had to return them at our cost which was over $28.00. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. We had considered reordering but definitely will not and will specifically choose another company with better customer service.

We are sorry the mittens did not fit as expected. We are not sure how our Customer Service could have failed you. We always do our best to respond to customers communications at our earliest opportunity and ensure they are satisfied with our actions - please email us on ukcustomerservices@sealskinz.com and we will be glad to take this up with you. Free shipping is not available outside of the UK. We are reviewing our USA returns policy and currently our customers are asked to return any items to a central holding warehouse we use in the US. We are aware there is a small cost to customers to do this, however $28 seems a lot more than other customers have paid.

Gloves small for size. Found my hands had sweated in them and the gloves took ages to dry out inside. Couldn't put them back on after a break in activities.

I bought these hoping that they would be super warm for skiing. Sadly Iam very disappointed currently skiing not massively cold and very chilly fingers. I now need to find a better solution for warm ski mits. Lovely otherwise and will wear but somewhat disappointed. Would recommend but not for snowie conditions or skiing.

I bought these to go ski-ing as I suffer from “white fingers” in the cold. These gloves kept my hands extremely warm and toasty.

I wanted some really warm gloves to wear walking in Scotland in the winter. I was attracted by the name Subzero and thought they would do. The first time I took them out of my pocket when my hands were cold I found they were impossible to get on as the linings wouldn't let my hands work their way in until someone else held the gloves and could shove my hand in. The next time I wore them it was raining and by the time I got home I could wring the water out of them and my hands were very wet and cold. Maybe these gloves should be sized differently as I bought the correct size but couldn't force cold hands into them and maybe Sub zero means don't ever wear them when it is wet but only in the snow when it is actually really below zero! I am really disappointed with my purchase, Sorry!

I did not feel that the mittens kept my hands as warm as i'd hoped as they are rather expensive.

Living in northern Idaho, the weather is frigid at times. My hands seem to always be cold in any glove that I wear to go off road on my ATV. I finally found a pair of mittens that will hold up in the wind chill of riding an ATV in 6 degree weather. Great product. (They do run small and I wish that I had ordered an extra large. With the large on my hands, I will not be able to wear a liner, but then I do not feel that I need a liner any more.)
