How is the finger and thumb length? Come up Long, there is space at the finger tips

“I bought these for cold weather working in the studio, looking for a flexible protective and warm layer that would allow me to carry out quite precise tasks in my unheated space. These are well made but so tight on my fingers that they restrict the blood flow so my hands are actually colder! I had a pair of L which I gave to a friend as they had the same issue. I bought these expecting the fingers to be more roomy but only the length changes with the larger sizing. So can't wear these either unfortunately. PS my hands are quite wide, but I don't usually have this problem with other Sealskinz gloves.”
