Having held a pair of the Sealskins outer glove for over 6 years, it was only natural to augment them with a pair of Merino glove liners. What a perfect combination they make. Highly recommended!

Bought these to wear on their own as it's starting to get nippy in the mornings on my way into work and they do the job. My only potential concern is the size: They fit me fine (although fingers are slightly too long) but they are quite snug and marked ONE SIZE FITS ALL and I am a girl! There is no way these would fit on my fiancé's hands, so if you are a bloke with big hands, they may not fit you.

I don't own any other sealskin gloves, just needed thin wool gloves to wear as liners for work leather gloves. These work great, both thin and warm.

This is the second pair of these that I have bought. They work very well under my Sealskinz lobster claw winter gloves that I use for both cycling and skiing and on the slopes that means at temperatures down to -15°C. The only problem is that holes develop at the finger tips by the end of each winter and so after repairing they last about a couple of winters. By contrast the lobster claws have lasted 5 years now. I guess its a compromise to keep the gloves sufficiently thin to maintain some comfort and feeling. I have tried a number of other synthetic gloves which are all less good because they are more bulky and not as warm.

I bought these gloves some considerable time ago and have always used them in conjunction with Sealskins mittens. I suffer from poor circulation in my hands and can get totally numb fingers in above zero temperatures despite using 'serious gloves', so I was slightly sceptical that the combination of the two pairs would 'do the business'. I have used them in sub zero weather and strong winds, once I get my circulation going they are superb, the best gloves that I have. I would not be without them in cold wet or sub zero weather.

As I live on Corfu I don't need Ski type warmth in a glove so these are excellent, very warm but thin enough to be used as a liner also small enough to fit in a pocket just in case the weather changes at altitude. Excellent product.
