I have no issues with the quality of the gloves. However, sizing is way off kilter. Possibly it is because its a unisex model and therefore smaller than the normal men’s gloves sizes. Go at least one size up your usual size. I use size 9 or 9.5 with virtually all other brands (e.g. Hestra) but here I needed size XL and it was still a snug fit with no room for additional glove-lining should it be needed.

I have used the Sporting Gloves for several years now hunting in Northern Idaho in very inclement weather. They are very warm and still allow for a good dexterity with items in the field and shooting. After several years use they still look new and hold up to tough abuse. So good I bought a second pair to keep in my vehicle.

I was expecting so much from these gloves however once on the fingers are to long as are the thumbs, when I try to pull the fingers over to use my camera I can’t get it over the end of my fingers to fold it over, I’m sure you’ll be thinking iv got the wrong size gloves this is not the case, I ordered a pair relying on your own measuring system, only to find them very tight and hurting the tips of my fingers, on your advice I brought the next size up! And I can’t wear them for the reasons stated above

I really like these gloves a lot. However, I find I get limited utility out of the thumb folding feature. The magnet doesn't like to hold that one open as well as the index finger due to the shape, and it sort of pinches my thumb enough to restrict circulation if my thumb is exposed but the finger of the glove isn't folded and held by the magnet. This doesn't really matter to me, I just keep my thumb in the glove, but that being the case and in hind sight I would prefer to have the Shooting glove style rather than the sporting glove style.

I've used sealskinz for boating and now bought these for shooting. I'm just as pleased with the product as previously!

I have been shooting for a few years now, I've been wearing gloves between stands and then taking them off to shoot. These have changed the game, I was worried gun handling might be compromised but not in the slightest, they give a good solid grip on the gun, no slipping. I do have both fingers open on both hands so that I have a little more dexterity when loading. They are warm, well fitted, kept my hands completely dry and I didn't sweat in them. I would normally wear medium gloves, my measurements put me on the low end of medium, and I would say they fit perfectly, they wouldn't want to be any tighter, so if you are nearing the next size up, I would probably say take the larger size. Worth every penny!

I hadn't realised that some of the finger tips were 'hinged'. This was my mistake: I must not have read the description accurately. They are also slightly too big, which exacerbates the problem with the finger tips. I was really looking for a warm, comfortable glove suitable for walking my dog.

Having tried many other products over the years I have at last found a pair of gloves that suit my purpose. They are light and warm, waterproof and the big plus is that the material they are made of is flexible enough to enable me to tie fiddly knots etc without removing them in the cold.
