A timely Christmas gift for the snowy weather! Magnets have been handy to enable photo taking and to attach glove to radiator when drying out!!

I bought my shooting gloves a couple of years ago from local shooting school expensive but had good reputation and well recognised brand. When dry they are warm and give good dexterity the last couple of shoots have been to it has rained hard gloves were soon soaked jade got wet and cold frankly about as much use as blotting paper. Also not sure that like magnet to hold fingers back when loading cartridges from pocket often get others stuck to magnet which means dropping live cartridges on ground. So maybe just a question that they give up ghost after a year or so’s use - shooting only time use them so fairly light use.

The gloves are warm, waterproof and fits really well. The only downside I have found is that the removable indexfinger is a bit tricky to get in place after it has been folded

My only complaint is that the size small is still sadly too big for me, other than that comfortable gloves beautifully designed

I am a Courier in Northumberland and at this time of year, (March) out, all day, in every kind of weather, rain, sleet, snow, freezing wind...I need to use a hand held terminal to scan parcels and record delivery details. I also need to be able to write. I looked hard to find gloves that would free up my index finger and thumb whilst keeping my hands warm, dry and safe from biting wind. I really suffer from pain in my hands when cold. I saw these but I was dubious about paying so much for a pair of gloves. I also noted some negative comments about the fold back finger and thumb not staying back on the magnets. However, my wife took the decision out of my hands (no pun intended) and bought them for me. I have small hands (size 8 glove) and the small size fit me perfectly. Initially the fold back finger and thumb did come lose now and again, but once worn in there is no further problem. The palm was a surprise. I did not expect it to be so robust. Exactly what I needed. My hands and fingers have never been warmer in a pair of gloves no matter what the weather. I can honestly say these gloves are the best and well worth the money. You get what you pay for. I would certainly buy again. In fact I have now bought a pair of Sealskinz for general use.
