“I tried to order these from a US vendor and after several updates and delays I cancelled the order and ordered directly from Sealskinz. This Order was also delayed and I kept getting messages that they were delayed in customs. This went on for a couple weeks and finally I called FedEx to see what was going on. After a few days I got a message that the package was in transit. A few days later with no gloves I called FedEx again and they said when they received the package it had no contents. I believe this was FedEx's fault but who knows. I tried two companies to order and got nothing about 5 weeks leading up to my trip. I never saw them. I called your company and at least they fully refunded me. I then ordered gloves from Kuiu. Has them in three days. Not impressed because I never saw the gloves after trying hard to get them!”
