“The gloves are not waterproof. Making them a tad worse - hence the 1 star (should be 0) was how hard it was to get them returned. Sealskinz put me through a home science fair experiment of filling the gloves with water and filming them (try that sometime - hold the glove and a camera at the same time and film). I am terribly disappointed in their product and product support. Ultimately, they did accept the return and I got a refund. But that doesn't address the fact that I am still in search of waterproof gloves for my bicycle commute.”

“I had a pair of these a few years ago and have used them well for coastal rowing They have a great grip on the wooden oars, are comfortable and flexible, stay pretty dry but are still warm if they do get wet. However, the sizing seems to have changed. I have long, slim hands and the large used to fit me but a replacement pair were too tight. I gave those to a small handed friend and bought the XL. These are a good length but are about twice the width I need. Such a pity.”

“Good quality, breathable, great grip, I’m 6,5 and a large was big enough, could probably get my fingerless padded cycling gloves on underneath. Very good customer service. They are not water proof, first ride I took them out on it rained heavily and my hands got wet.”

“I normally wear an XXL or XXXL glove this XL is wide at the palm and long in the fingers. Very flexible material and well made”

“The finger are to long to fish with, the excess material gets in the way when operating the reel.”
