“I'm convinced of the quality, and recently bought my third pair. I am in the Alps a lot and the combination of moderate warmth, some breathability, good grip and absolute waterproofness makes it an ideal companion for trekking and great allrounder for activity in cold, wet weather. Due to the knitted texture, snow will stick to them, so they are usable and remain dry, but they are not ideal in snowy conditions. As well, they may not be warm enough for some people at temperatures significantly below freezing.”

“At first I was very impressed with these gloves. They stayed dry and kept my hands warm. The grips worked very well and easy to get on and off. Unfortunately after the third spring paddle, on the St Lawrence seaway water soaked through and they turn into soggy weights. So, needless to say, disappointed.”

“Fingers are very long in both XL and medium. Wish I would have ordered a small and large. I wear XL in every other brand of gloves i have ever worn. Medium almost fits me better than the XL.”

“Sizezing is really strange on this version. I own the previous version of this gloves from years ago and they where really good so i deceided to buy new ones. But who has fingers like that? The rhumb isnway to long and to be sure i bought the sites from S to L. Same on all of them. Basically they are good gloves but the sizing is a throw off for me.”

“We have used Sealskinz gloves for several winters now, and for summer sailing, where their waterproof qualities are hard to beat. When these ones wear out, we'll be sure to buy more Sealskinz gloves. One caveat is to watch the sizing, as it's not consistent from one model to another.”
