“Es wurde der falsche Artikel gesendet. Leider kann man nicht auf der Website erkennen wie es mit dem Rückversand laufen soll. Es stellte sich heraus das die Rücksendekosten selbst getragen werden müssen. Allerdings zu einem Lager in Zittau in Deutschland. Dies habe ich auch getan.Das Paket ist dort nicht angekommen und der Betrag wird erst erstattet wenn das Paktet in UK angekommen ist. Das Verhalten finde ich nicht kundenfreundlich. Die Rücksendekosten selbst zu tragen ist noch in Ordnung aber die Firma Sealskinz hat mir eine ellenlange Mail geschrieben wie hoch deren Kosten wären etc. aber keine Reaktion auf den Erstattungsbetrag. Ich habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet und muß warten.”

“Bought the gloves two weeks ago. On my second ride using them, my hands were already wet one hour into a four hour ride in rainy conditions. After four hours, I took the gloves off, and upended them. A small stream of water ran out of them. Definitely not 100% waterproof, as advertised.”

“Got these & on the first ride I scuff them on a tree,the glove split open on the side,poor quality,my last pair lasted over 5 years,had lots of crashes & falls with no problems”

“On my first ride in the dry I went for a tough ride through the woods and I was really pleased with the construction, quality and fit. However on my first ride in heavy rain, for about 30 mins, to my disappointment both of my hands were wet from the outside. These gloves are just not waterproof, and that is my frustration as a daily commuter who is searching for dry, warm hands in all weathers.”

“Waterproof and warm - today I defrosted the freezer and used my gloves whilst doing so. Handling melting ice for an hour without any issue. Not what you would expect but the freezer is at -18 degrees and I had warm and dry hands. Time to get in my bike!”
