I am very happy I was told about these gloves and brand by a friend. We work in some harsh conditions on zodiac boats. These gloves keep my hands dry and I am able to still handle hooks and work the console without any trouble.

I bought these for general use. I use them for mountain biking and wet weather walking. The fit is good and they work well. My only complaint is it's a shame for a British company that they do not manufacture them in Britain. In an era of environmental awareness we need to address this.

Originally ordered M size which was too small, returned and received L size very promptly by Sealskinz. Only worn in light rain so far and seems to perform well. Sizing seems to come up small, so would suggest going up a size when using their measuring guide.

I am out and about every day, come rain or shine, and when it's cold the Sealskinz are my go-to glove. They are warm enough, not perfect, but on the plus side, they are thin and flexible enough to allow the use of large hand tools like a spade, large spanners or even a screwdriver at a pinch. They are described as waterproof and certainly seem to be. I walk even if it's tipping down, and have not had soggy hands... I have done a small amount of rock scrambling which has not caused any significant wear. I would say the gloves are pretty tough. I lost one glove from the last pair. They were a couple of years old and had lots of life remaining. My new pair is just as good. For me, they are a 5-star glove. Suggestion ======== I would suggest that Sealskinz includes a permanent size indicator in the glove to help people remember their size. I know there is a tag but that wears over the years. Sizing method ========== I am not sure about the sizing method that Sealskinz uses. I would say it's optimistic at best. My hands are 9 inches in circumference but I would never get them in a medium glove. I use large, and even then they are snug. Going by the old pair, though, they do give a little over the years.
