“Very disappointed in these gloves. I still have a pair of the original Sealskinz gloves which with a thick neoprene fabric, despite holes and tears still perform better than these. I can at least rely on the old gloves to be warm when wet on the hills. Whereas these new gloves which are unreasonably expensive; have failed on the first week. They even have a rubbish thin layer of fleece and leather, as if this is better than the original neoprene type fabrics. It looks like Sealskinz have been so over managed and with so many design modifications that they've lost track of the original designs and the brand name. Never again. Total waste of £45.00.”

“Gloves are not waterproof in any sense. I got caught in two heavy downpours (approx. 5mins each) and the gloves were completely saturated to the point I could even squeeze the water out of them while on the bike!! Used Seal Skinz waterproof gloves in the past and they were excellent. Not sure why these are so poor. I'd give zero stars if possible.”

“I bought a pair of these gloves for hiking. First day I wore them out in the Welsh Rainy mountain my hands where wet and cold within 5 minutes. I complained to sealskin and they sent me a new pair. First time I wore them, same issue. Do not understand how other people say these gloves are good for keeping your hands dry? Any proper rain and they fail! Very disappointed I suggested sealskin need to look into this so-called ’100% waterproof’ technology!”

“Sadly I’ve had to return them for the second time having increased the size on two occasions and still cant get them on ,so have given up. I should have listened to the reviews all saying the sizeing is wrong. Very sad really,”
