Actually I was looking for Nordic Gloves but maybe those are no longer available for purchase? These gloves looked the same more or less. Unfortunatley the only thing that is better compared to Nordic Gloves is the index finger fabric coping with touch screens. I feel that the fabric in the palms are too thick so the gloves are not as agile as I wanted. Also I think the thum of the gloves are too short so when gripping the steering wheel I feel the fabric tighten a bit too much. There are supposed to be grippy fabric in the palms too but I have not so far noticed it to be better than other regular gloves from SealSkinz. All in all I am a bit dissappointed but they work. At least my hands keep warm.

I thought I was going to have to return them because of the tightness, but luckily they have stretched a bit - but it took a lot of work - wetting them thoroughly and flexing my hands. I'm not quite sure if I broke them in or they broke my hands in to be honest :-) They are not as warm as I was expecting too, so not much use as thermal gloves in cold conditions - their real niche is with things like mountain biking in the rain, or climbing etc. The touch screen facility is very useful. They do look and feel great, but they can feel a bit clammy at times, even when it's not raining.

I bought these gloves for my husband as xmas present after measuring his hands as per guide example and ordering medium. They were far too small and have had to return them for a bigger size - so much for measuring guide !

I bought this product one month ago so my experience with it is limited but I am satisifed so far. Fit: First of all the fit is good, an important point because this has been an issue with other Sealzskins products for me. The fitting is coherent between the fingernails and wrist. The fit is smug. It is a close to the skin glove and it sizes a bit small. I took the XL version because I knew in advance I wanted to layer the glove over another insulating glove. I am glad I did because even with the XL version there is not that muc space. I can easliy fit a pair of silk gloves and also a pair of light fleece one but the last one is a bit tight. Siez: Small con I feel the glove is abit short on the sleeve side. It should be bigger in order to cover more of the forearm. Warmth: I feel the glove is warmer than the temperature rating. The inner lining is quite warm. Waterproofness: I have not had the occasion to really test this part. Look: The esthethics of the glove is really good. It looks slick.

Great gloves just what I was looking for, be careful with the sizing but if you do get it wrong there's some great customer service over the phone.

I bought these a few days ago for a trip to Snowdonia doing ML type training. These gloves were toasty and warm until we hit the freezing line and then they struggled. The torrential rain/sleet/snow pushed them to there limits and they became wet inside and out. If I squeezed my hand into a fist water would pour out like wringing a flannel. However, despite these gloves not being waterproof, as long as I kept moving my hands stayed warm all day. It was only when standing around having lunch or working on nav skills that my extremities became cold. I don't think these are a proper writer mountaineering glove but on a burly day in spring, summer or autumn they would be perfect.
