I bought these for a trip to Patagonia that included a cruise portion and overland trek. Rain, wind and temperatures in the 35-60 degree F range anticipated. I mainly chose these for the waterproof claim, as we anticipated rain and knew we would have some wet Zodiac landings on excursions. The fit was ok, not contoured enough to use the index finger screen touch well. Still had to remove glove for fine manipulation of cameras, cell phones. warm enough in this temperature range. Good aspects are the lack of bulk and velcro wrist band. My main disappointment was with the waterproof aspect. These were exposed to light rain, occasional water splashing over side of Zodiac, handling damp rocks, plants and ice. They were never submerged in water or exposed to heavy rain, snow or prolonged wet conditions. However, they were soaked through repeatedly after 2-3 hour excursions with intermittent water exposure as detailed above. Did not dry completely overnight. I really wanted to like these, having read reviews of other gloves complaining about the failure to live up to waterproof claims, but am disappointed with these. Water resistant at best

I bought these as an older pair of Berghaus gloves had torn at multiple seams and the quality is top notch. I took them on a trip to Iceland and I was rather smug with myself that my hands were nice and toasty warm when I was taking pictures of rocks and geysers. They are warm but I will say, up against what felt like 30mph wind with temperatures down to -12 degrees Celsius they did let some cold through but I quickly learnt the error of my ways and put my hands back down from the selfie position.

Although I sized the glove according to your instructions, The gloves were too small for my hand.

5 star the only negative I have is the top of my hands don’t stay warm. Needs “patented” materiall on the top of your hands.

I bought these due to good reviews and hoped they would do the job. First day I wore them in 30 seconds my hands were numb and after touching the snow they were soaking wet. For the price I’m really disappointed by them and be requesting a full refund.

I initially bought a pair of Medium Gloves, and on finding these were a bit too tight, returned them and ord red a pair of Large Gloves. When trying these on, I found these were virtually no different to the medium size. Assuming these gloves would be bigger, I cut off the tags. Due to this, I cannot return them, and now stipulation with a pair of expensive gloves that are basically useless to me. Such a shame the sizing is poor, as I’m sure these would have been good gloves, as I do a lot of walking and hiking throughput the year.

The fingertip pads for the phone don't work and they are so inflexible that I have to take them off to zip up my coat, and open my bag.

I have had the Dragon Eye gloves for a a out a month now and have put them to the test. I use them at work as a police K-9 handler so they get worked hard. The primary reason I bought them was because I was trying to find a true waterproof glove that was thin enough that I could shoot with them on. Many claim to be waterproof but hardly ever are when they get put to the test. Although these gloves are decent quality, the waterproofing let me down like all the others. It certainly doesn’t come pouring through but does definitely soaks through over time. So basically they are good quality and water resistant rather than waterproof.
